Chef Will Ratley began his culinary career as a Sous Chef at Brasstown Valley
Resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. From there he went on to
attend the prestigious Johnson & Wales University where he earned an Associates
Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant
Management. While attending college in Charleston, South Carolina, he held the
Executive Chef position at the Four Star, Four Diamond, Poogans Porch
restaurant. During his last year of school, he began his apprenticeship at the
Five Star, Five Diamond, Melrose Resort in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Will had the opportunity to take some
time off and tour Europe. After taking in the sights, smells, and flavors of
France, Italy, and many other wonderful countries, Chef Will returned to the
States and took the position of Chef di Cuisine at the Westin Grand Bohemian in
Orlando, Florida where he further honed his skills.
In 2001, Chef Will began working with the Westye Group Southeast and in 2005
he graciously accepted the role of Corporate Executive Chef. He is now
responsible for all cooking events the Westye Group participates in within the
state of Florida.

With 17 years of professional experience behind him, Chef
George Laudun brings a great deal of expertise to his role as Corporate
Executive Chef for The Westye Group Southeast. He knows virtually every aspect
of the cooking industry, having served as Executive Chef at a variety of
Starwood Hotels and Resorts, at Fabulous Creations Catering and at Emory
University, among other venues.
Before launching his career, Chef George received classical
training, earning a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson & Wales University in
Charleston, South Carolina.
For The Westye Group, Chef George hosts monthly Wolf
Product Demonstrations, Use & Care Classes, dealer training sessions and trade
events for builders and specifiers, as well as special events at the Sub-Zero
and Wolf Living Kitchens in Duluth, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
